FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (AP) -- New York Jets cornerback Dee Milliner remains limited at practice with tightness in his left hamstring.

The Jets are being cautious with Milliner, whose hamstring began to bother him early last week. The organized team activities the past few weeks have been voluntary, and they have their final session Thursday. Mandatory minicamp begins next week, and coach Rex Ryan hopes Milliner will be ready then to participate fully.

Meanwhile, cornerback Dexter McDougle, the team's third-round draft pick, practiced for the first time this offseason after recovering from a shoulder injury that cut short his last season at Maryland.

Ryan adds that he "wouldn't expect much" from running back Chris Johnson, recovering from a surgically repaired knee, if he participates in minicamp. Johnson expects to be ready for training camp.
