It's not necessarily a piece of Yankees history, per se, but for just under a million bucks, you can own a place where one notable Yankee has lots of history.

That place is the Montclair, N.J. home of Hall of Famer Yogi Berra, which is up for sale for $888,000 - a nod to the number Yogi wore during his MLB career.

The 4,502 square-foot home, which is listed by listed by Julie Kemps-Rowley of the Keller Williams NJ Metro Group, sits on a half-acre of land and contains six bedrooms, three full and two half-bathrooms, a full side porch and detached garage. The three-story home was built in 1902, and the Berra family has owned it since 1972.

Yogi, 88, now resides in an assisted living facility, and his wife, Carmen, passed away in March at age 85.

If you want to take a sneak peek at the Hall of Fame accommodations, though, you're out of luck; as Kemps-Rowley told the Daily News, there are "no open houses - by appointment only."
