Team's reaction to Robinson Cano leaving the Yankees
The New York Yankees signed Robinson Cano as an amateur free agent in 2001 out of the Dominican Republic. After making his major league debut as a 22-year-old in 2005, he went on to play nine season with the Yankees before recently signing to play with another team for the first time in his career.
I recently caught up with the Yankees Sr. Vice President & General Manager Brian Cashman to get an inside look at how the team reacted and wheat direction they are moving in now. Watch the video to hear what Cashman had to say.
