Brooklyn Nets' teammates Joe Johnson and Paul Pierce go back a long way.

In 2001, the Boston Celtics selected Johnson tenth overall in the first round of the NBA Draft. At the time of his rookie season, Pierce was entering his fourth season in the NBA. However, a trade during the season sent Johnson to the Phoenix Suns in return for Rodney Rogers and Tony Delk.

While there are many conversations of 'what if's' and 'imagine that's' if the duo played together, Johnson still clearly remembers what it was like to play alongside Pierce in Boston. Watch the video to see what sticks out to him most and how Pierce can help his game now.
