Top Five NHL Heavy Hitters with Islanders' Matt Martin

To say New York Islanders left winger Matt Martin is a heavy hitter might be an understatement.

Last year, in a lockout-shortened 48-game schedule, Martin led the NHL 234 hits, and in 2011-12, he set a league record for hits in a single season by recording 374.

With a full 2013-14 season underway, the 24-year-old from Windsor, Ontario is once again taking aim at that record, but he’s going to have plenty of company – and in the video above, we caught up with Martin to see which players on the ice he thinks can land body checks just as hard as he can.
