It is well known that Mike Lowell has won World Series rings with the Florida Marlins and Boston Red Sox. What goes a little more under the radar is that before he won rings with those teams, Lowell was a World Champion in 1998 with the New York Yankees. Lowell was drafted by the Yankees in 1995 and eventually debuted for the team in 1998. Playing only eight games for the Yankees as a September call up was good enough to earn him his first ring. Following his short time with the Yankees, Lowell went on to be an extremely productive third baseman with the Marlins and Red Sox, hitting .279 for his career with 223 home runs.
