The Trenton Thunder announced Wednesday that four players have been selected for the Eastern League All-Star Game, with outfielders Ramon Flores and Tyler Austin, LHP Nik Turley, and RHP Tommy Kahnle chosen to play for the EL Eastern Division squad.

Austin and Turley were chosen via fan voting, which sees one position player and one pitcher from each team selected for the game, with Flores and Kahnle selected by a vote of league media, managers, and officials.

Of the pitchers, Turley is 7-5 with a 4.42 ERA in 14 games (13 starts) through Wednesday and leads the team with 84 strikeouts and 77 innings pitched , while Kahnle is 1-2 with a 2.16 ERA, nine saves (in nine chances) and 38 strikeouts in 31.1 innings pitched over 26 appearances out of the bullpen. Austin and Flores, meanwhile, are both part of Trenton's "dream outfield" of prospects; Austin has posted a .273-5-38 line in 69 games through Wednesday, while Flores is at .240-3-31 in 74 games and leads the team with 42 runs scored.

The Eastern League All-Star Game will be played on Wednesday, July 10, at New Britain Stadium in New Britain, Conn.
