The Brooklyn Nets have recalled guard Tyshawn Taylor and forward Tornike Shengelia from Springfield Armor of the NBA Development League, and both players will be in uniform for Sunday’s game against Philadelphia at Barclays Center.
Shengelia and Taylor were assigned to the Springfield Armor on Friday, and both played in Friday’s Armor loss to Erie. Despite the loss, both Nets excelled, with Shengelia recording a triple-double of 22 points, 10 rebounds, and 12 assists, and Taylor scoring a team-high 32 points.
