Report: Yankees, Kuroda agree to one-year deal
11/20/2012 6:58 PM ET
The Yankees and RHP Hiroki Kuroda have agreed to a one-year deal worth $15 million plus less than $1 million in potential incentives, according to a report by ESPN insider Buster Olney.
Kuroda, 38, went 16-11 with a 3.382ERA for the Yankees in 2012, and set career highs with 33 starts and 219.2 innings pitched. He made $10 million on the one-year deal he signed last January, and rejected the Yankees one-year, $13.3 million qualifying offer earlier this month to become an unrestricted free agent.
