Week 7 in the NFL truly was business as expected, as out of 13 games, 12 of the oddsmakers’ “favorites” scored victories. That success carried over to the TWIF panel, as the group went 11-0 in their unanimous games and only Buffalo’s loss to Tennessee kept the three panelists whose picks were completely in sync from having a perfect week. However, because Cleveland’s loss to Indianapolis also cost Howard Cross a perfect week, we have a four-way tie at 12-1 for the weekly win and no change in the yearly standings.

Attention now turns to Week 8, which includes the NFL’s annual game in London. This year, that contest will see the Rams “host” the Patriots at Wembley Stadium, and despite the travel concern, all four TWIF panelists believe New England will come out on top. That game included though, the panel is only unanimous on seven of 14 games this week, meaning that we’re likely to see some separation in the yearly standings once Monday’s Niners/Cardinals clash is in the books.
