Famed actor Charlie Sheen took CenterStage Saturday afternoon when he joined Michael Kay for a revealing one-on-one interview, which will air early next month on YES.

YESNetwork.com will publish exclusive photos, videos and passages from the interview as the CenterStage premiere nears. For now, enjoy these quotes from Sheen's conversation with Kay:

What was it like to achieve success so early, with Platoon and Wall Street?
Sheen: They tell you ... if at first you don't succeed, try, try again. Well, what if you first succeed?

Regarding Sheen's departure from Two And A Half Men, Kay asked, "What happened?”
Sheen: I don't know ... what happened? (kiddingly). "I like to think that I didn't get fired; I got traded. For a player to be named later.

Regarding his role in Platoon:
Sheen: My brother had the part before I had it. Emilio had it – sorry Emilio! My life is totally different without that film. Probably a little healthier.

Regarding his Detroit engagement of his "My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not An Option” tour (April 2011):
Sheen: Hemingway said that to be a man you had to fight a bull, plant a tree and have a son. He left off being booed off the stage in Detroit.
