
Farmar out for season

Jordan Farmar becomes the fifth Net to suffer a season-ending injury.(AP)
The Nets announced Thursday that Jordan Farmar, troubled by a sore right groin for much of the season, will be shut down for the Nets last 11 games.
Farmar thus becomes the fifth Net to suffer a season-ending injury, following Damion James, Keith Bogans, Shawne Williams and Mehmet Okur. Avery Johnson also announced that Shelden Williams (eye) will be available this weekend.
