The Knicks drafted Anthony with the 12th pick in the first round of the 1991 NBA Draft. He played for the Knicks until 1995, when he was selected with the second pick of the NBA Expansion Draft by the Vancouver Grizzlies. He played two seasons with the Grizzlies and later played for Seattle, Portland, Chicago and Milwaukee. Anthony retired in 2002.
A native of Las Vegas, Anthony was the point guard on the UNLV team which defeated Duke for the 1990 NCAA basketball championship. He graduated from UNLV with a degree in political science.
Anthony currently is also an NBA analyst for TNT and NBA TV, and is a college basketball analyst for CBS Sports.< return to announcers homepage
