Web Video Producer – YESNetwork.com
The YES Network, the #1 Regional Sports Network in the country, is seeking a highly-motivated sports enthusiast to produce and edit compelling content for its website. Produce and edit original video content for the web and social media outlets.
Manage the selection and delivery of YES on-air content to YESNetwork.com and YouTube.com.
Plan online coverage of major sports news events, breaking news and press conferences to ensure high quality coverage online.
Write and edit both news and feature stories.
Monitor web analytics to assess user experience and to grow web page views and unique visitors.
Contribute toward content creation and delivery for Facebook and Twitter.
Track and research trending technologies.
3-5 years of web content development/production experience, sports/media industry experience a plus.
Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Journalism/Production or a related field.
Experience with Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere.
Experience working as a Field Producer.
Knowledge of audio/podcast editing.
Experience and familiarity with Sony HD, Canon Eos Rebel, and Go Pro cameras.
Solid grasp on pre-and-post-production concepts and procedures.
Ability to visualize and develop compelling web content within the feature set of a content management system.
Must have strong writing and editorial skills.
Must have strong Photoshop/Illustrator skills.
Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS or other relevant web coding a plus.
Must be able to understand web analytics and create content based on findings.
